BACKGROUND: About me Hey Y'all I am Shilo Casen, you might know me as a DJ for WKRK and one of the managers of Murphys, I probably served you one of my famous bogo margaritas or Kamikaze. Why I love Murphys, too me it feels like home, whether I am doing the weekly inventory and liquor orders by myself or serving up cocktails for happy hour it's always the place I go to first and, I am always thinking of ways to improve it. As a manager I created the Irish and southern Infusion items. I can't wait to do more, host more and have fun with it. What I have done • Created the Full Menu, including happy hour specials and food items. • I am currently designing a website. • I made shirts and created a logo. • Invented custom drinks inspired by people on Campus such as Liam's Bloody Mary, Buffy's shimmering Mimosa and Bobby's Jolly Nog • Hosted and Djed, through WKRK radio, Misty's "up all night" parties Invented the Irish Southern infusion desserts such as: Irish Soda bread Pudding and A grasshopper chocolate Chess pie. Imagine a chocolate mint Chess pie. Inspired by my Mississippi background.

UNIQUE: What I wish too do moving forward • I would like to offer the campus faculty a place to hold workshops and meetings off campus in the upper lounge area • Collab with local business such at Get Woke and bleu wag. I have discussed with Tyler offering a traditional Irish Coffee with imported beans courtesy of get woke and collaborated with Demand and bleu wag to offer their vegan options as a special order menu item to be delivered. • I would like to host an open mic night as well as written word and poetry readings While Looters lounge caters to the students I would like to have Murphys cater to the Adults and CU faculty.

EXPERIENCE:I work well with others and I am good at organizing events, I worked with the band to broadcast their playlist on WKRK during the CU pink tax protest. I hosted Misty's up all night party as well as collaborated with other business owners on campus.

IDEAS:Having staff meeting about what they want to do as far as planning events and such, have fun. Offer tp host private parties in the upstairs lounge. Have team building activities and special events.

OTHER:I am planning a campus wide St Patrick's day party sponsored by Murphys and possibly a parade similar to the famous Jackson Mississippi St. Pattys day parade hosted by Hal & Mal's every year for the past 30 years.
