Call it a polar vortex or whatever you want, but the Deep South is experiencing a highly unusual Winter ... a deep freeze has descended and began to create frost over the terrain and roads. From time to time, flurries dance through the air.

Dress warm and be sure to attach the cold breath effect I created in-world (look in the group notices).

I've only setup the animated flurries on a single road in each RP sim to mitigate lag.
