yummy tamalesaidWhy is definitely her own person. I didn't set out to make her just like me, but in spite of that, there are some similarities. But the differences in her are what makes playing her so fun. I'm a very curious person, and I didn't think I could play someone who isn't. So that's a core part of Why (hence her name). Another trait we have in common is we are both rather over the top. For her, it shows up in how she dresses and how she keeps her home. For me, it's those things, plus things a lot of people would find silly... I have to find the perfect prop, the perfect look, and so on. As far as differences go, Why is a lot more forgiving of people than I am. She's also pretty damn naΓ―ve. Although she's grown a lot since being in Hathian, she still believes in the good in people and is far too trusting. She also whips up a pretty mean pot brownie -- I can't. Why also (for now) believes in romance, the white picket fence, and happily ever after. I spit on such things π So I was curious... what are the ways in which you and your character are alike or different? Did you set out to establish those traits, or was it something that just happened? *has ALL the questions, just like Why* |
