Newly back in Hathian both IC and OOC and very excited to be back. Ro was born and raised in Hathian and lost most of her family in Katrina, then was sent away for foster care. She's back now looking for her sister, who was either killed or went missing in the storm. She's working at the Clam and XXX Shop to make ends meet, calling the motel her home base for now. She's both comforted to be back in her hometown and unsurprised to find it mostly unchanged after so many years away. Recently cashed a paycheck that allowed her to upgrade from her "dumb phone" burner to a smartphone, where she spends all her breaks swiping indiscriminately on local Tinder - IM to swipe on her. Generally a sweetheart but it gets her in trouble often - come find her and cause some trouble!
