I have seen a trend lately with people wanting to run a business, take the time to apply, wait to be approved and are around a week or so then disappear. This is bad for RP of the sim. Please, when you apply to be a lead of a sim business be aware that your presence is needed. Perhaps we should be harder in these proposals asking more questions instead of saying "great idea." There are a lot of events that rely on businesses too. People will love to go into the businesses to RP if people are there. They get excited to see someone there to RP. There are so many stories one can weave in the businesses. I have seen all the creative ideas in the proposals. People do notice you gone. People know when they supported you to have the sim owned business. They will remember too.

Kudos to all the sim owned business leads who put in time and effort and roleplay. For those that are business leads but have disappeared. Shame on you.
