Noelle is new to Columtreal but hopes to become actively involved. She is very shy at first but opens up once she gets to know someone. Sometimes the layers are hard to get into, and sometimes they even make you cry, but once you get into the middle, it is all worth it. She tries to be nice to everyone but sometimes its hard for her.
