Alph is 31 years old. He served 13 years with the US Military Police. He just mustered out after a last tour in Afghanistan. He came to Hathian to look up old friends. He decided to apply for the HPD. He is waiting to get a reply from the HPD HR Department.

In the meantime, he is exploring the city, trying to locate old friends. So far, he hasn't found them yet, though. He befriended a girl when he found her in his motel room one morning. They had sex and he contracted a STD, which was treated at the hospital.

So far, he hasn't had any run ins with criminals, nor the police. He quietly walks around town, to get a better feel of the city and its residents.
