I actually have this stated in one of the HPD threads, but I figured I'd post it here, as well, since most of the people who visit the HPD forum are members of the department, and this is fairly old news to them.
My character, Katherine/Kate Henry, is a criminal psychologist who has transferred to Hathian's police department from Manhattan's 19th Precinct. Her primary duty is to study the personality of convicted criminals or people undergoing prosecution, including their actions, thoughts, reactions and intentions with the purpose of trying to figure out why the person committed the crime in the first place. She has dealt mostly with 1st to 3rd degree crimes, but is available for other crimes, as well, should the need arise.
My point in mentioning all this? Simple.
To let all players whose characters are criminals know that there's something else they can do with their jail time other than sit idly and bored in a cell, or if you are interested in something more than just "getting away with it".
