BACKGROUND: We would like to create a medical marijuana coffee shop that sells edibles and coffee in the front of the shop and medical marijuana at the rear of the building. We feel this would be a great addition to people's RP as there are endless RP stories that could be made from it. for eg: Doctors would be able to prescribe people, rper's could fake illnesses to get the prescriptions, police could RP keeping their eye on the place/not trusting the place, dealers might get pissed that we sell on their turf, blackmail, etc We are very experienced roleplayers since 2005 and last year started to copy all of our RP to our forum for people to read ....this is our ongoing CD RP page - http://unionjackrp.createaforum.com/crack-den-role-play/ We are always online (yes we even sleep in sl lol) so would be able to man the shop 95% of the time so someone's always around for RP and we are very experienced in running groups, projects and businesses in SL and have run our own sim for many years now. We would love to have a go at this project as we think its something a bit different in CD and it would make sense that after all these years ...in a place full of drug addicts that CD would eventually move with times and have a dispensary of sorts appear. The storyline my character has been playing for a while now is of a weed grower who hs been working on her own strain for a while...this is what gave me the idea when I thought of what she would do next if she succeeded and when I realised how many other people could use it in their RP too i thought i would give it a shot. EXPERIENCE:My character plays the part of a girl who has failed at pretty much everything she tried all but growing weed. she has a gift when it comes to growing marijuana and has been working on her own strain for years, selling dime bags to close friends and keeping her hobby a secret from most. She meets Amilee who comes from a rich background and has been struggling to find a job with her limited street knowledge, has the money to join ellie in business ....if ellie can perfect the strain and get permission from the Medical Marijuana licensing.. We feel that it is the natural progression of our characters stories and it would help us engage more people in our RP and give them the opportunity to step into our storyline if they are having trouble finding people to RP with. We enjoy roleplaying with others and can adapt to their style whether its quickfire dialog RP or para-RP and have had lots of practice running our own RP sim for a long time, however, we found that running the sim we had no time to actually RP so came back to the CD and wanted to do something that incorporated running an RP business where we actually got RP in it ourselves.
