BACKGROUND: The business would be two fold. The "Front" would be a place to pay to "cuddle" with girls (or guys!), but in reality it would be an escort agency. The land I picked, is on the FAR OUTSKIRTS of town, which would provide a 'level of discretion' which is to be expected from this kind of business. there is a house already on the land (empty) that would be good too, lots of rooms and such.

UNIQUE:

EXPERIENCE:I think it would be a great source of roleplay, would be a fairly active RP location and would provoke more random interaction between people who may not necessarily already RP together on a frequent basis. It would be a place where anyone can go, so regardless of faction there is RP potential. It also would keep police on their toes (not to mention RP about paying them off, or them secretly visiting girls!), drugs would likely end up being a thing, and it makes for a good companion to the other parts of the city, etc, overall it just has a very simple concept, but the potential for a great deal of depth.
