BACKGROUND: Lebowski was in an ex-enforcer for the mob. Without steady work and the pawn shop simply not cutting it he has decided to go back to what he knows.  This includes money laundering, extortion, clandestine trafficking., etc etc. Given the size of the construction yard  and the amenities they would have access to It  seems like a good place to start. Trucking, large  jobs for the city.  Even private jobs for business owners that want something fixed.

 

Money laundered could be for himself or  could also be for others,  after all there is a lot of cash passed around hathian and having it traced to you by the IRS is never a good thing. Also that money could be tied back to you with crime.

 

UNIQUE: I have not seen a lot of other construction companies in my time in crackden, or at least not super active ones. I feel that the construction yard, at least the legal aspect of it, could be an easy way in encourage lots of roleplay between groups of people. Example would be a bar owner and a gang. The gang wants to take revenge by setting fire to a building. However the owner does not want to be out of a place to own. With us, the gang could burn down the business, the fire department could put out the fire, we could rebuild the place and everyone could go along their way.

 

EXPERIENCE:I have lead several groups in gor for a long time that were in access for 50 people and included dealing with other sims, other rules, and trying to find middle grounds to keep everyone happy. I am also a very calm person and try to look at facts and not play into the drama. It is about fun and roleplay for me.

 

IDEAS:  Some of the ideas i have are to  send new hires on missions or tests before they are welcomed in. I feel that an interview is all well an good, but actully putting your feet to the ground and making  the effort to roleplay others instead of standing around waiting for them to come.

 

OTHER:I would likely have a big BBq for a grand opening, something in the open where everyone could walk by and see what was going on an ask us questions. Perhaps even see what we can do.
