Hey Guys!

Okay so as most of us are aware I've introduced a lottery system into Hathian.
The winner is going to be announced tomorrow via the Hathian Observer
and RPly wise on the television at 2AM tomorrow. So keep your eyes and ears open
for the winning numbers (and your OOC name).

I'm going to say use the above information in your RP. You will know the draw is on at 2AM if you've listened to the radio (not the actual factual radio) or watch TV IC. Your character wouldn't know the Observer is publishing the winning numbers, well, until your character picks up the morning paper.

I figured you may want to know HOW I'm getting the winners chosen, and it's completely at random.
I'm using something my mother uses all the time for her work as a teacher and it is the oh-so-amazing...

It just chooses a name at random from the ones I type in. I have typed in multiple ticket buyers the same amount of times, as they bought tickets. So say Joe Blow bought 3 tickets, his name has been taken down 3 times. Giving him more chances of winning!
