Penelope was born in Alligator Pond, Jamaica. Her father was a devout follower of the Rastafarian way, and as such, picked up on it's slang, mannerisms, and outlook on life. Penelope's brother smuggled Marijuana into the states, for a time, before he was killed by a rival group of smugglers. It was on this fatal trip, that Penelope had been dropped off in America. Penelope, ignorant of her brother's demise, assumed he had simply left her in the states. Thanks to friends, she was able to acquire a work visa, and eventually, passed her citizen's test and became an American.

Penelope stuck to Jamaican communities along the Gulf coast, driving a lunch truck from place to place. Now in Hathian, low on funds, she took roost.

Her friends call her "Pinkie." A nickname earned from years of making Strawberry Blunts from her own home grown weed. Most people find Pinkie hard to understand, due to her thick accent and Rasta slang talk.
