The site has been a big change in terms of user experience and functionality. At the same time, it's going to be a very active "work in progress" until all the kinks have been ironed out, all the features I've wanted implemented, and until we've been able to really establish a new dimension to the community that's worth visiting the website for on a regular basis.

I can't do this without your help, though.

There are two audiences to consider: the newbies and the regulars. Think from their perspective and throw out some persistent problems with the website and/or enhancements you think that would make the site more appealing to visit on a daily basis.

Keep in mind, the following are active issues I am working to resolve on the website:

• Site Performance - I'm aware that the site performs rather slow when logged in; browsing between the activity feed, forums, and other parts of the side results in 3-5 seconds latency. Once I finish the new Dead End website (it runs off the same platform), I plan to move everything on a dedicated server. Though more expensive, it should really speed things up and allow for more complex enhancement tweaks I can't currently do because of the current server it's on.
• Groups - I plan to allow admins to create groups on the site for official businesses and gangs; this will allow players to better communicate on the site and make use of the content filter feed functions ("My Groups" tab). Groups will not have their own forums, but with the mix of the activity feed which allows updates/threaded replies and photo posting, along with group documents that can be used like a wiki and events, each group will be a silo of great info for those who care about it.
