Age 7: Stitches for reportedly self-inflicted cuts on his right forearm. The jagged cuts resembled the word "scum".

Age 8: Found unconscious, beaten and bloody (most of it not his own) in the middle of Hathian’s main road. No details on the incident, but it is believed to have been gang-related. Patient did not speak for a full month after the incident. Received therapy from Hathian General’s Director of Mental Health (which was inexplicably cut short by the patient’s family).

Mother: Haylee Kepler

Born to Haylee Kepler, aged 14. Legal custody turned over to Bebe Pink (Haylee’s stepmother) immediately upon his birth. Haylee went away to school, and returned to Hathian when Chance was 6 years old. She attempted to form a relationship with him. Chance did not respond to her attempts until his sister Jesalynn (age 4) was born. He went to live with Haylee after being released from his first stay in Juvenile Detention.

Father: Christian Margetts

Known leader of the KrackDen Bloods. Christian was not recognized as Chance’s father until Haylee returned to Hathian. He immediately took Chance under his wing.

Legal Guardian: Bebe Pink

Bebe raised Chance for most of his life, temporarily losing him to Haylee in recent years. Her ex-husband, Tuskenraiderlol Rejected, was a father figure in Chance’s early years. Tuskenraiderlol Rejected was one of Hathian’s most notorious criminals/gang leaders, known for his violent/sadistic ways.

Bebe Pink has been identified as a major player in Hathians drug/gang ring, and is suspected to yield enormous power and influence.

School Record:
Has been expelled from a total of 3 schools for problems ranging from disruptive behavior to non-attendance. His current school teacher claims he made a sudden and short-lived effort to attend his classes only a couple of months before his last arrest.

As a young child, Chance frightened his school teachers by drawing disturbingly violent images on paper.

Chance is currently on a 2nd Grade reading level.

Various doctors and teachers have called Child Services over a dozen times. All reports have been dismissed.
