Former Professional Juvenile Delinquent Tori “Jingjing” Chieng has been recently released from one of the states Office of Juvenile Secure Care Facilities, following a year remanded to the custody of the OJJ for various criminal activities. Her release was due to her turning 18, not for her participating in the reform process. Being told she is persona non-grata in New Orleans she instead got a bus to Hathian where she lived off and on between stints in state and local juvenile correction facilities.
