If you look Esmeralda at the support portal, it ask you for a URL to a land lot. I have tried this as well. Its a no go, because of course if you do not own a lot it doesn’t allow you to send the ticket. I tried this over and over last night. Its a dead end road on this. I am having the very same issue as all the others.
Ok, I am logged in to the site. But it is telling me please update your email. Ok I place my email, but it will not accept it.
