Cool idea! The NFL runs a highly publicized program called Play 60, which encourages kids to play for an hour a day. The keystone of the program’s marketing is a visit to the kids by football players. Yeah, true – no need to actually stand on the field. I just mean “on field” as in “active in the game,” as opposed to on the sideline. Good observation.
Huggy, very cool suggestion. It’s kind of in line with what I was thinking: Play key plays, not the whole thing. And, like you said, have the players stick to a 10-15 cycle per key play.
