I am currently waiting for to get the tier box assigned for the Underground bar plot, BUT.

I can see that this plot has major history, so if someone has some real solid plans on rebuilding the Undeground Bar (unfortunately, the build was not transferable, elsewise I had let it exactly as it was) I might be willing to sell it to the person.
