Welcome to town, Heidi!
Welcome to town, Heidi!
Welcome, Nilay (and Mustafa)!
I’ve only had a few interactions with Ava so far but this proposal is great! Love the idea of both IC and OOC events and I think it could definitely be applied elsewhere, since OOC classes are such a big hit on sim. More action at Flamingos would be amazing and a dedicated lead always helps draw more players in.
Another strong proposal enticing me to visit Laveau more often! I have not met Elysium yet but the proposal is thoughtful, thorough, and exciting. Sounds like a great fit for both the player and the business itself!
Eugene is a thoughtful, friendly RPer who would make a great business lead! His long-term connections (including the Green House in Hathian, as mentioned above) with players across the CD-verse make him a familiar and friendly face. That alone makes me more likely to spend time in Laveau, since my character tends to sit on the opposite from the…[Read more]
Just popping in to my two cents to say that what Melinoi is saying makes a lot of sense as far as immersion. We toe the line in CD a lot between immersion and realism being a big priority for some players and not so much for others, so I just wanna validate the argument. Ultimately up for the CU community to decide, and I have no skin in this game…[Read more]
At the Clam, Grind, Green House, Lou’s, and a handful of business on the CU campus, these business cards are pinned up in stacks of three:

Thank you!
I love this idea. I am partial to “slice of life” type of scenes, but a post office and postal workers could so easily fit into dark RP with (I think) minimal actual admin work. Feels very similar to the pharmacy to me – something most real people use at some point and tons of opportunities for chill or unhinged scenes that utilize the pharmacy as…[Read more]
Welcome! More kudos for the mood board. Love to get a visual for a character’s vibe outside of just their av. Sounds like our characters had a somewhat similar upbringing. Hope to meet you around town!

sorry, this will not be the scintillating request you may have been hoping for, but perhaps I caught your attention anyway!
I am looking for a player for my character Ro’s currently NPC father. He would likely have been a Hathian townie who split before/during Katrina, leaving Ro, her mother, and her little…[Read more]

I’ve roleplayed with Stacy on multiple sims now and she is so wonderful! Friendly, welcoming, and dedicated to making sure everyone has a good time writing together. Her ideas for Sinners are strong and I think she’d do an amazing job as a business lead here!
I have a CD playlist that I listen to when I’m noodling on stories or just on sim! A few I really draw from for Ro:
A House in Nebraska – Ethel Cain
Go Home – Julien Baker
Wide Open Spaces – The Chicks
Kerosene – Miranda Lambert
