This is a very well put together proposal, and answers every question in detail. I can tell you from experience Silken is a great RPer, and definitely has what it takes to run this, and the time to as well. She’s very busy in the cheerleading squad, as well as the uni as a whole, and would be perfect for this.

This is such a great idea! Hathian needs a gun range! That and human targets would be awesome 😀 (Kidding on the human). My question though is, since guns have to be “Leveled up” to get, will this be a neutral place where you can shoot any gun WITHOUT the dumb tag, or will it be limited to people only with the tag?
