I like this. This is a good idea. In RL, there are cop-friendly bars where most of them go off-duty. Hathian is long overdue for one of those.

100% support this. Trey is a fair player and suited for leadership roles within the community. I really like the idea of water being more heavily incorporated into RP. We could use some more of it. So, hopefully this gets approved and I look forward to seeing what becomes of it.

Hey, Ashley! We’d love to work with you. It would be really awesome establish a supply chain between the ports and the streets. We’ll talk more in world.

We’re going to see what pans out and what is more fun. If something works out better that all the other things then we’ll probably focus on that.

Here’s a snapshot of the build. I meshed and textured this building. I’m trying to get back into meshing, so I may be working on an improved version in a bit, but this is the first iteration. Come by and see it!

I’ve been looking for land myself, but it’s really hard to come by these days. Someone who already has some land would need to be up for it. I’ve been doing a lot of land hunting lately and there’s very little available. In fact, for development, there’s none. The only thing I’m seeing a re a few pre-furnished rentals.

This is a very interesting idea. Could give players a place to go if they’re getting tired of the city. Maybe someone could put a casino in there. Then again, that would probably take up all the land. Either way, if someone made this happen, I’d definitely go check it out and maybe get involved.
