I can see this being a great success . The only think Missing from Blackwater is people right now and the more places we fill with exciting . dark and dangerous rp the better . I know Kasumi  is a CD veteran so brings a wealth of knowledge and no how so I think she would be a great lead for this venture.

The fact that I would say most of CD knows Who Hades is and what hes been convicted of in the past is a slight disadvantage , but then we get new people all the time who might not have the back history and right now he is a kind of reformed character . I like the idea of having as many people take part as possible, but also there are a lot of crooks and they have friends , so if you want to get high trafficking rates you kind of need to balance how many might be associated with the people you take . It will be an ongoing learning process I think .
