Is there a way to possibly make one an “official” business?

What about the homes?

With the sim being part of the CD community, we were unaware of this before we rented.

Having rented a home in District 8 as well as working at Westside Garage also in District 8, I was wondering why I don’t get home or work on my HUD.

Both locations are in the Diaz Real Estate Development LTD Group. Is there a reason why these don’t count on the HUD? District 8 is part of the CD Community isn’t it?
