This could be promising, if say — the artist wanted to give art lessons to some of Hathian’s youth, or even the adults that want to indulge in their more creative side.

Activity days for the youth is another idea I would like to see happen. In working in conjunction with other entities such as the movie theater, FD, PD, local eateries etc

I’m going to have to agree with the other two.  I’ve seen the pet shop, but I’ve never seen anyone in it.  Are you just going to let it fall by the wayside?

Seeing as how 4/20 just passed, that particular event is a year away.

What sort of free samples would you be giving out?  Drugs?  That would certainly bring the HPD to get involved.
