Sure, but reporting it anonymous still puts a spotlight on why the retaliation happened in the first place. Why would the criminal want to do that?

A minor thing to add about not reporting retaliations. Often these retaliations happen because there was no report to HPD in the first place. Thus reporting a retaliation, while already having a record, will just cause you to get arrested on the spot for admitting to a crime in the first place.

Don’t mind the idea of getting rid of firearms. Also don’t mind continuing with firearms(granted people use them fair). Though I don’t feel if firearms would be banned, cops should have them. Simply because of it giving too much of an edge. Think I’d be more open to cops being the only ones having tazers for example.

While I can agree with using every tool at hand, from a realism perspective, like haleycali pointed out, there is a system in place to create an artificial balance, which is, in my eyes, needed to keep things fun for everyone.

Of course it’s logical for a cop to draw when there’s a report of a firearm, a criminal that’s known to carry, clear danger for those around or the cop themselves that a taser won’t solve or when a gunshot was heard (for example when Roman called in where Mai could be found)

Plenty of videos online of robberies that don’t involve a firearm. Not all are succesful, of course, but that’s just a part of it. And exactly what I’m trying to get at here.
