I like the idea of something like a big dog run, or small weight bench and such but not sure we have the inmate population for a large area, but I’m sure that HPD would not mind donating part of one of their parking lots to the welfare and recreational benefit of their guests.

Welcome back! Hang out enough in Red Light District and that nice stretch of town between it and HPD I sure we run into each other at some point.

I got lucky and was staff there most of my stay and so got a bit of TLC, plus I had a cellmate for a few hours but my stretch was only 9 blissful hours, not an extended multiday stay.

Not so much looking for family or adoption but happy to see more fellow Asians!
So perhaps an enterprising youth might be able to find a suitable mentor with say a drug problem and get them some extra funds by being a big sister or big brother to help them fund their habit? Seems like a win-win to me.
