This is an awesome idea, and I love the thought of it working to bridge the gaps between criminals and the innocent. I am really interested in this plot idea. Love it.

I personally enjoy the rain, it enhances the rp scene a lot more for me. I love this idea, gives the people who get put in jail someone else to roleplay with other then hoping someone else gets put in the slammer, or for a cop to come down.
