Not opposed to the idea as it does sound like a lot of fun and would be awesome to see but it requires people giving quite a lot of their RP time to play out guards and staff etc which is fun but it takes away from time they have for their own personal story and character development.

I also want to encourage businesses OOC to contact us in-character with repairs that need doing, the fact is that nothing lasts forever and repairs are always needed!
Just wanted to add in that the diner is in desperate need of this right now with the current level of breakages 😉
OOC communication would definitely be key to do this successfully as no one wants it taken too far and end up ruining roleplay for people. I’d definitely welcome sabotage attempts in return and would never expect a business to just take without the diner ever having any repercussions. I am so happy to see you reviving a low-traffic business! I think there is so much potential there for inciting violence and encouraging anarchy. It seems a pretty perfect business for Naomi as a character. Additionally, the opportunities to rope in other businesses is limitless.

I think your ideas for new menus etc are fantastic and a family style restaurant is a great idea to cater to those who play child characters or those who have families.
In my opinion a big key to roleplay surrounding a business is encouraging the employees. Do you have any ideas on how you would encourage interaction with employees?
