Well I log all scenes, but I did not mean to report anyone, especially not when the rules are that blurry. As I said, the last resort was not perfect, common sense on gun usage was far better back then.
I think a simple resolution for this is “Don’t draw your gun as the first action upon entering a scene.” because that is not fun for anyone but…
