We can’t summon new teachers from nowhere sadly, people have to want to RP it and CU isn’t a standalone college sim. Most players prefer to play cops or gangsters or just stand around in Hathian as that’s where the other dots are standing around. CU goes through peaks and troughs of activity.

Teaching is hard. It’s not something that tends to lead to follow-up RP.
