Hello there!

Here is the process:
1) On the top right corner you should have an icon with the word ‘Howdy’ – Let your mouse hover on top of it so drop down menu appears
2) In the appearing menu click on ‘Edit My Profile’
3) You’ll get to a new page under the ‘Profile’ tab and on this page you will see a row of three buttons ‘View’, ‘Edit’ & ‘Change Avatar’
4) Click on ‘Change Avatar’
5) On the new page click on the ‘Select a file’ button and once you have selected your pic you can click on ‘Upload Image’
6) Voila, new picture!

Side note, on the same page where you can upload the pic you can also delete the one currently used. Simply click on ‘Delete My Avatar’ link on that page.
