In addition, I am making the point, that it is not just the HPD that is responsible for rping people in the cells, I can count on one hand the number of people that have called for a lawyer while in the HPD Cells. There is a phone down there, use it, you are, BY LAW allowed a phone call, the cops dont let you, fuck them, and NPC it. Simple.

Was more about the information lol, at this point, Dhar has no need to obtain a weapon, nor need for the group, was merely stating for reference purposes, but thanks for the clarification.
