The proposal is well thought out, I’m always a fan of characters who have to navigate a public image while up to more nefarious dealings under the radar. Sounds like this business is just that, so you got my vote.

I would love to see the motel get more action (pun intended). Proposal is well thought out and I look forward in seeing the motel get some life going.

I think Jess acquiring Radar is the perfect transition on both an OOC and IC level. I’ve had a few scenes with her and she is very inclusive to the RP community. You got my vote 🙂

I’ve known Chase for awhile from other RP places. Good solid player and I think he’ll do just fine running this.
