if you mean the rp guidelines on the website then no there is no mention of contacting anyone regarding rp within the city i am looking up at the main area where you land in case i missed something there is something about consent but that is in regards to individuals ie rape or uncomfortable rp.

the one thing were really all struggling with is the procedure to do rp ie i did a RP of breaking into the scrapyard and blowing up one of the containers that was filled with flammable liquid it is hard as someone new to understand the procedure that is required ie contact ower of place your stealing attacking etc whatever.

Why do you think it has been so hard for mc’s to establish themselves in cd ?
