I love all of your suggestions! There will be many hair services offered including the ‘cutting and re-using of hair’.  Could also work with the hospital and set up hair donations for locks of love charity.

I think this is a great idea and something that is greatly needed in Hathian. Could be a big help for us probation officers also who have offenders we need help tracking and with other needs. Court being the baby momma likes the idea also because it provides stability. Plus this is something that could do very well and thrive over time in Hathian.
