She’s got my support! As the current ic manager of Rader, it makes sense that she would take on ooc lead. She’s done well managing logistics ic/ooc of Rader, along with facilitating RP for those who work there and visit ic. Welcoming, approachable and helpful oocly, she would be a great choice.
