I thinking along the lines of some cigars being illegal to import into the US (especially Cuban ones), it could be a great way to foster some of that RP. Especially illegal dealings for the best cigars for the best prices. I am open to any sort of IC interactions/attracting a presence, the cigar bar right now is such a black slate.

I agree, the cigar lounge is a great neutral territory, which is what I want to see and do with it.

I have only interacted with two of them so far but I love the story they bring to the sim thus far. Very friendly and fair and I cannot wait to see where their story continues to go.
