Couldn’t it be both? Allow suitably villainous characters to take part, while also making some of the blackmailers npcs for folks who want to run a bit of the story without risking their own character (or don’t have a fitting one but would like to try being mean for a change) ?

I’d definitely love to see Alissa involved as a victim, will have to start thinking about suitable secrets 😉

Could some of the blackmail be endangering a loved one instead of the victim herself, or is there supposed to be a theme of twisted retribution to this? Either way I really love the concept 🙂
