Hi, Ok this is where we'er going to start posting things relating to kids and teens in the den. After talking to Bebe for a long time tonite I understand that things will be very fluid and trial and error will be the name of the game so it will be really important to get as much constructive critisisism, ideas and other things as possible.

This is written in stone: NO sexual roleplay by anyone in this group. No sugestion of sexual roleplay in anyone in this group. No thinking in your emotes about sexual roleplay in anyone in this group
So you cant think that when you get alone tonite you are gonna fuck your girl raw. Thats eluding to sex and can't do it. Yea i know rl teens have sex but not here. With other things be sensible and discreet. Like if ya bone up over someones tits well thats something but dont have your kid jacking off in public or shit or something like that. Don't hang out near the sex shop. Don't go to a hotel room or the second floor of the TT or RnT. Theres no need and thats the type of thing that one kid does it and we could get all banned.

Ok first of like was posted in another thread there will be the following groups;

Kids - 9 and under I think.

Kids 5 and under - should always be with a parent, guardian or babysitter. This group would be very limited in there violence. In no way should they be attacking adults other than maybe in a temper tantrum way. Kids in the younger part of this age group could speak in babytalk using very imaginative thinking and have fantasy driven beleifs around the the things they see in the den. For instance, I remember Sky at 5 use to think that her daddy was a superhero fighting off bad guys. This helped her deal with the horendous violence she saw on a regular basis. Extremely age appropriate. On the same note. kids 2 to 3 could very likely have speach issues, baby talk lisps whatever. But if they still had them at 4 or 5 well they would probly be getting some speech therapy. Especially by the time that kids to school any speach or language issues would be noted and some sort of intervention done.

Kids 6-9- Might start going out on there own but realistically by night time hours should be accompanied by a responsible adult or babysitter. If a kid was attacked or saw there loved ones attacked they could chose to maybe lash out at the attacker. Kids would be limited to using sticks, stones, sports equipment, a board etc for weapons. Kids could get beat back by adults realistically but nothing over the edge. no slicing or dicing but normal things like belts, sticks, extension cords could be used to beat on a child. It is also the responsibility of all members in a roleplay to control the level of violence. If someone starts hacking at a child with a machette the child roleplayer needs to stop the action or the roleplay if necessary. Also at this age if there were legal issues it would be probable that while kids could be detained by police their parents or guardians would be called to pick them up and deal with the matter.

Tweens 10 - 12 - This group would not be as supervised. They could be running the streets at all hours causing all kind of trouble that would run the gambit from putting out burning bags of shit for local social workers to crimes such as pickpocketing, shoplifting, etc. Now this age if they were showing a pattern of criminal behavior might be introduced to the juvenile justice system. We will be working on that hopefully closely with the HPD and I'll expand on some ideas in another thread. Realistically, they might start a fight with an adult or get into one but the possibility of them coming out on top would be minimal. Unless they are fighting adults that are weak, small, disabled.

Teens 13 - 17 - They could be wild or tame. In groups they might be a dangerous force. Some teens at 16 are as big as an adult alot are smaller. Usually bones and muscles arent fully developed in males till like 20 I think. Therefore, this group has some ability for movement. As far as crime and violence they could be getting involved with most all of it.Weapons like small blades maybe nunchucks would be feesable along with the others that kids have. {Except anything sexual}. Consequences could range from the juvenile justice system to being bumped up to adult court.

Specialized groups -

Disturbed Kids and Troubled Teen Groups - These wil be 2 highly moderated groups for experienced roleplayers that feel there characters that have social, mental, and/or behavioral issues. This group{'s} will be the ones who are likely to lash out and pick fights.These could be the kids that would be banging and therefore have more opportunity to access weapons [other than firearms at this point]. Consequences for there behavior would be in both the juvenile and adult justice system but also like in real life i could see cops who are arresting the same kids over and over to be a little less gentle with them. Like the armed criminal tag getting this one would include filling out a lengthier application and having the proven roleplay experience.

Ok. now I hope that i didnt make it sound like this is written in anything other than pencil. It was made clear to me that everything except the no sexual ageplay rule was open to discusion and change. Its going to be a learn as we go type thing. Seriously, I'm looking for feedback and though i might feel strong about my opinions I want to hear the feedback. I also will be starting to new threads in the next day one about juvenile justice and the other about events and activities for normal kids. I'm really going to need help with the normal kid stuff having never had any experience with it.
