 ethaniel-morriseysaidJust so everyone is aware, there is a new station in Fishtown, specifically to provide an HPD facility for juvenile offenders under the age of 18 (eg a non-adult environment), with Sirus Plunkett and Cheng Shinn, placed in charge of its operation. In future, the arrest and processing, detention or interviews with anyone under the age of 18 years (kids or teens), will take place at the new Fishtown station, in consultation with social workers. |
