Hello. I posted two new events for March for CD Youth on the Events Calendar: http://thecrackden.com/events/
Please start checking the calendar regularly for other Seaside events. I know a number of different people are planning things!
Seaside BEACHSIDE Cook-out in Batterie - March 7, 2015 @ 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
This will be one of the new series of field-trips that are being conducted between Columtreal University and the Seaside School/Youth Center. CU Dean, Jack Inkpen and CU Student, Dani Mattelle will take a field-trip of any CD Youth who wish to join us for a cookout on the beach in Batterie and a lesson about the balance of a ‘food chain’, but it will be disguised as a campfire story. It should be a fun learning opportunity for CD Youth, especially the young ones.
CU and SEASIDE Big Brother / Big Sister BOWLING MIXER - March 15, 2015 @ 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm
This event will take place in the bowling alley on the basement level of the Student Union building at Columtreal University. This event marks the beginning of a new program between CU and Seaside, which is partially facilitated by the Hathian Civil Services Center: A Big Brother/Big Sister club, which is designed to match up CU students with Seaside youth for mentoring partnerships. Come bowl with us on Sunday afternoon. All CD Youth are welcome, kids and teens, orphaned or not.
