Rumor circulates around the Seaside Youth Center of a new arrival. A girl by the name of Annie, who has messy long black hair, bad smell, and a mother who is now seeing to a bunch of years in prison for scamming online.
Annie is looking better now but is caring little about her studies at the youth center. She roams the city, usually stopping at the arcade or park to rest. Deep down she wants (needs) to be adopted, but is careful not to trust people for now after seeing her own mother turn her back on her.
