 perina mcginnissaidI had a question asked of me tonight, and after conferring with Tre, I'm gonna post it here since I'm sure others would want to know. With the new rules being worked out for kids... what is the stance for kids IN the gangs? Does someone have to be 16, 17, 18 to be in one? (posted here instead of the gang thread since it's first about new kid rules) |
