During a medical treatment of Nurse, Justine Moyet, it was found she had high levels of Meth after a Tox screening. A gastric lavage was performed (stomach pumping) and the contents of her stomach were sent down to the lab to be analyzed, finding there was rich amounts of meth in the partially digested fish and liquids. Further questioning of the patient was found that she had eaten caned tuna from the clam along with red bullys and one other drink purchased there as well prior to her shift start. I am in the process of contacting the HPD on my findings with the patient and sending out a high alert to watch what it is you are consuming. Patient has no history of past drug use as well. If any other HGH staff has interacted with another of the over dose cases try and see if they had consumed anything purchased at the Clam.
