Things are getting even busier at the hospital once again. We need all Nurses, Interns and Doctors to try to pull a shift a week. There are new pagers in the lobby so that you can be on call if you have some time. With the flu outbreak we are asking everyone who has not had the vaccine to be extra cautious, wear gloves, plastic gowns and masks when dealing with anyone you know has the flu or suspect might have it.

We are also asking anyone who treats patients who have been raped anally to contact Dr. Amat immediately, he is in contact with the police on these cases. There have been several such rapes this week alone and is looking like it may be the work of the same person. If so, we have another very dangerous person in Hathian that we need to be aware. On the same note, to all our female employees, please take care, take taxi's if you can. If you can stay in crowds you know and don't walk home alone if at all possible.

On top of all that, our Mortician's have been busy doing forensics on several bodies that have been brutally mutilated. These bodies seem to have met the "Scarecrow" and that is all we know about this murderer. The mutilation seems to be done by some precision sharp instrument. The police have the reports and are working on the case. However, it's a reason for all or our staff to take precautions since this person doesn't have a sex preference. We've had male and female.

Also I will add that we have a wonderful staff and to each of you kudos for making our hospital the best it can be. We may not have the latest and best in equipment, but we have staff that can't be beat. Way to go!
