The current FDH application is in need of a dire revamp. I think we can condense some of our questions during the interview process and add them to the application, allowing the leaders to sift through applicants more efficiently. Also, the current 'apply' button on the poster gives the option for applicants to choose to apply to either Firefighter or Paramedic roles.
Problems with this:
1. They lead to the same application
2. This gives the illusion that there are two separate roles in the FDH (which is currently untrue)
I have a draft of what the new application could look like if either Rog or Doe are interested in this suggestion.
