Perhaps it shouldn't be repeated and god know i searched my heart but this tidbit was heard at a hospital report meeting and the civil agencies should be told . So against my practice but following my conscience , here is the text what was mentioned:
The winds of fears blows bits of horrors pass the closed doors of the ER. reports of monsters munching of meager waywards child came flooding the tense hospital report meeting . A pending blood sample might tell the full story , but what is known so far is that a fury without purpose decapitated an harmless child.. Perhaps one escaped from the social agencies.. the fears is that others may be in danger too.. We call on all hospital staff and social workers to pay attention to kids missing. Be alert, be responsive.. the kid that suffers may be your own..
