I've had the notion to maybe allow Civil Services to do RP arrangements as home care providers for those recovering from the hospital and want to role play a lengthier recovery period. It would include assisting people with limited mobility due to their injuries and otherwise, possible domestic work to aid people who simply can't get around the house, and ensuring the client is not straining themselves and causing further injury.
