To: Business owners of Hathian, L.A,
In Accordance with Louisianna Center For Community and Preventive Health Office, Located in Baton Rouge. Hathian Office of Civil services has begone several intiatives in the Public Health division. The main ordinace in question is the Sanitarian Services. The Definition given by the Center for Community and Preventive health is as follows
" Sanitarian Services is primarily occupied with enforcing laws, rules and regulations for maintaining and promoting community hygiene; however they are increasingly orienting themselves to accomplishing their goals by education, enlightenment, and persuasion. Also included in the area is licensing and regulations for food and drug, retail food, disease vector, commercial seafood, infectious waste, export certificates, onsite wastewater, tanning facilities and commercial body art."
Please be advised that business's are subjective to the regulations stated by the Public Health ordinance Gein10, and will be routinely checked to enforce the mission statement of the Public works in question. Failure to adhere to Civil statute will be levied against the business owner and worker in question in the Fine reaching no greater than the sum of $10,000 Dollars and or Including involvement with the Local authorities.
The Office of Civil Services is commited to the needs of its Citizens, and is reachable to any Business owners who need further expansion into the ordinace.
